Week 3

Introduction

The following week the course will continue discussing data visualization using ggplot2 by exploring a handful of useful extension packages that allows new functionality to be implemented. In addition to the new extension packages, some graphical creation tips will be shared.

Objectives

After completing this module, students will be able to:

• Create new figures using the ggplot2 extension packages
• Evaluate and implement appropriate data visualization standards
